Look, no one likes spending thousands on microscopic bugs (I calculated they're worth a huge multiple of their weight in 24k gold :) ) But once you wake up with blood (your blood) on your sheets as result of bites, and you realize the problem will never get better by itself, you need to call the pros. It's annoying to get the house ready for a whole-day heating but they have good people (Walker in our case) who help out and do a thorough job. Brent, the guy on the phone behind the scenes is great at customer service and coordinating. I rarely if ever do Yelp reviews but these guys deserve it. Gabe.

mention "BEDBUG" but they really are just annoying "hitch hikers". Custom BedBug treated my house with respect. They were helpful in removing anything I had not thought of that shouldn't have been left out during the heat treatment. Walker, their main technician, was wonderful in keeping me informed . He went the extra mile which I appreciated. Anyone can get Bed Bugs. If you want them gone completely using the dog along with the heat treatment is the only answer. I don't know how I got them, but this made me feel good that they were completely gone. I did shop around and I found this company to be the most professional, and was there for me to answer questions that I had. They either answered their phone or were quick in returning my calls. I highly recommend them.
